OWNER
Keri Pink has excitedly opened her own ‘Pink’ Treatment Room upstairs at Voila Hair Studio after gaining over 20 years experience in the industry worldwide.
Her impressive resume includes working at a Day Spa in Australia, as a Private Masseuse in New York and as a Beauty/Massage Therapist on Luxury Private Yachts for 11 years (Yes, Below Deck Style!). Keri also has experience managing Beauty Salons and previously ran her own business early in her career before deciding to use her skills to travel and experience the world.
Now settled back in Farnham with her family, she is focusing her professional time and experience on creating a space for clients to feel comfort and relaxation while taking care of all their beauty needs.

Cancellations Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
As a small business all bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, which is 50% of the full appointment cost.
Deposits are deducted from the overall service price and the difference is to be paid at the end of your appointment by bank transfer.

You can move your deposit if you reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours notice, prior to your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be paid alongside a new booking. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

If for any reason we need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full.

(The exception is SPMU appointments, which require a separate deposit after a consultation appointment).

Additional Information
Consultations are extremely important to ensure that it is safe to carry out the treatment. Consultation forms must be completed honestly and factually at all times, any changes that may contra indicate a treatment must be updated before future treatments can go ahead. Pre- treatment instructions will be given at a SPMU consultation.
Patch tests must be completed and present no reaction a minimum of 48 hours before certain treatments can take place. Patch tests can be booked online and are compulsory for tinting, lamination, lash lifts and all SPMU treatments.
Aftercare will be provided at the end of all treatments, as well as recommended time for your next appointment.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed for any treatment or product, subject to availability. Vouchers are non- refundable and cannot be exchanged for Cash.
Loyalty cards are available for ‘The Gel Bottle Manicures’ only. After 9 full price manicures your 10th will be discounted 50%
